Can I email a request for a quote?

Yes, but to get an exact price. One of our staff needs to come out and give you an exact quote.

What take place during the consultation? How long does it takes?

During the consultation, we will discuss household needs, room by room checklist and payment/schedule. The consultation takes around 20 to 30 minutes.

Does your company work on Saturdays?

Yes

Do you cleaning during bad weather?

We will not provide limited or no service during incident of inclement weather. Limited or delayed service may occur in extreme thunderstorms, in dangerously cold or hot conditions, and in any city of state-declared weather emergency.

What if I want to cancel?

Please phone or email (wait for a confirmation) for all cancellations. Cancellations with less than 48 hours are chare a $30 fee. The only exception is inclement weather. Frequent cancellations may results in termination of services.

Does your company do special cleaning?

Yes, to schedule a special cleaning; please phone or email your reservation by 8:00 p.m. We can accommodate unplanned requests if we have a cancellation. However we can rarely do so with less than 24 hrs notices.
